Craig Smith
Craig joined STC INSISO in 2015 and has progressed to Head of Operations, responsible for both managing and delivering bespoke, ECITB, incident investigation & root cause analysis programmes in the UK, Europe, UAE, Asia and the USA. He leads a range of multi-faceted client relationships across a range of industries, meeting project deliverables through effective account management and face to face delivery. Prior to joining STCI, his passion for learning and development led him to leave his role as a Police Officer and focus solely on developing others in a professional services capacity.
