Andy has a few decades of business and people management experience under his belt, navigating the domains of organisational psychology, personnel empowerment, and the broad spectrum of business management. More recently he moved back into academia to gain a second degree, a first class Master's in Psychology, with a focus on the data science of biosignals. Since then he has been working with FC Laboratories to bring to life their grand vision of tracking brain fitness to enable a safer and more productive workforce.
