One of the most highly regarded and experienced public relations practitioners in Scotland, Zoe has over 30 years’ experience in the UK and overseas. Zoe began her career in marketing and PR in Paris and, on returning to her native Scotland, she joined Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce. After eight years there as public affairs manager, Zoe set up the Aberdeen office of a UK-wide PR consultancy before founding BIG’s Granite City operation in 2002. BIG Partnership is now one of the country’s leading integrated communications agencies with offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester. With over 100 staff and 300 clients, BIG delivers out-standing results for organisations and brands across the UK and internationally. Zoe has an unrivalled network of contacts at the highest levels in the media, government, private and public sectors in Scotland and, over the years, has handled campaigns for a range of high-profile organisations including Aberdeen Renewable Energy Group, Aberdeen Football Club, Aberdeen Inspired, Cerulean Winds, Global Underwater Hub, OEUK, Opito and Stewart Milne Group. Her experience in the energy sector is extensive. A trusted adviser to several oil and gas companies as well as many supply chain firms and industry bodies, Zoe has a proven track-record in designing and delivering strategic communications campaigns and in managing reputations during crises situations. She is a board director of Aberdeen Football Club and Aberdeen Inspired, the business improvement district. She has also sat on the boards of Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce and RGU.
