Mark Rushton is CEO with STC INSISO having first joined the business in 2004. He graduated in Aberdeen in Scotland in 1998 initially working in an oil & gas project management solutions provider before moving to working on multi-million dollar collaborative research projects spanning e-business, corporate learning & social inclusion. Mark has held a number of roles at STC Global before taking the role as Managing Director in 2017, and leading the creation of STC INSISO following a successful merger in 2020. Now as CEO he is responsible for leading the delivery of a high growth plan designed to deliver a powerful suite of risk control and assurance products to several major accident hazard industries. He has extensive experience in a range of multi-industry projects spanning both the design and roll-out phases, and has been a key stakeholder in the growth of STCI’s COMET Incident Prevention toolkit and methodology.
