Malcolm Gunnyeon
Malcolm is a partner based in Brodies’ Aberdeen office. He is a litigator with over 20 years’ experience in the Scottish courts, specialising in health and safety. He is regularly called upon by clients to help manage the civil, criminal, and reputational risks arising from serious workplace accidents and fatalities. Malcolm has particular expertise in the energy and transport sectors and is regularly involved in critical incident response, the defence of prosecutions for breach of health and safety legislation and in conducting Fatal Accident Inquiries.
