Carolyn is a Charterer Environmental Health and Chartered Safety professional, who has a heart-felt vocation for the job. She has held various HSEQ Management positions, worked in very demanding business environments, and now draws on her 15+ years of HSEQ experience to manage and influence people at all levels. Carolyn thrives on facilitating, motivating, and engaging a variety of stakeholders to maintain and exceed HSEQ objectives. Carolyn is truly passionate about health, safety, and risk reduction – how we can protect people, mitigate negative impacts, and improve safety culture. Her personal goal is to do everything she can to ensure that everyone who goes to work, comes back home safely to their loved ones.
