Highland RFCA is one of 13 RFCAs across the UK. We are a Central Government Arms’ length body with Crown status, set up by statute. We are an essential and enduring pillar in the delivery of support for the well-being of the Reserves, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs) and Cadets in Central and Northern Scotland, and are the independent body representing their interests and promoting understanding between the Armed Forces and civil society.

The EE team delivers and supports:

1. The Armed Forces Covenant: a UK wide pledge of support for Employers.
2. The Employer Recognition Scheme: encouraging Employers to partner with Defence and progress from Bronze to Gold Awards.
3. Unit Engagement: where Units host visits and networking events to encourage Employer engagement and understanding.
4. Social Media and Comms: a range of media platforms to showcase the value of Reservists, CFAVs and Cadets to Employers.
